We are a family with 2 small children living in Tuscany, NW Calgary. We discovered in June 2011 that our 13 year old house is leaking because the builder did the building envelope and stucco incorrectly. This blog is about how we are fixing it, and what we are doing to try to prevent this from happening to other people. Whew....the guy just called about our indoor air quality tests and all is normal!
